Our clients are real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We pride ourselves on our quality, our strong communication, and our work ethic. We are a natural extension of our client’s existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and understands various points of view.


You must have:

  • Comfortable working EST Time Zones
  • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience is required;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written);
  • Quickbooks, Vantaca experience is must have
  • Qualified CA or Inter CA is the only preference



Job Description


  • Financial Production and Preparation: 

Prepare and review financial statements and reports. 

Submit comprehensive financial packages to management after thorough review. 


  • Bank Reconciliation: 

Perform monthly bank reconciliations. 

Manage and reconcile cash flows every month. 


  • Cash Management: 

Assist with handling cash disbursements to staff. 

Ensure accurate and timely cash flow management. 


  • General Ledger: 

Prepare and update GL schedules monthly. 


  • Audit and Compliance: 

Successfully close audit queries and provide necessary information to auditors. 

Handle adjusting journal entries (AJEs). 


  • Tax and Budgeting: 

Assist with tax return preparation. 

Prepare and update budgets regularly. 


  • Internal Coordination: 

Handle queries from board members and property managers. 

Coordinate daily with the AR specialist team in the US to resolve queries. 



Qualification

  • Candidates with 7+ years of experience in GL Posting, R2R Accounting
  • Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Yardi Voyager, Vantaca experience would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers.
  • Well-organized, with extreme attention to detail, and a self-directed individual.
  • Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company would be a plus.
