Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – Investor Relations to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in managing relationships with existing and prospective investors, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring transparent and timely communication across all investor touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound financial understanding, and a keen interest in the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution statements.
- Respond to investor inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update investor CRM systems ensuring complete data accuracy and integrity.
- Fundraising Support
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, due diligence materials, investor presentations, and other fundraising collateral.
- Coordinate investor meetings, including managing data rooms and handling administrative follow-ups.
- Track investor commitments, manage subscription documents, and maintain deal-related documentation.
- Data & Analytics
- Analyze fund performance metrics and portfolio data for investor updates and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with finance and asset management teams to compile performance insights and reporting inputs.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all investor communications and materials comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Maintain organized records of investor correspondence, agreements, and reports.
- Manage investor data rooms and record meeting minutes as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, or investor reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
